Getting paid & setting up a direct debit mandate on Kashflow

This is one of the best things about Kashflow, is using it to get paid using the direct debit mandate facility with GoCardless

1.  Having already set up the API for your payment provider, GoCardless, and the URL for your GoCardless account on the Direct Debit Setup Email request (Secure Direct Debit mandate link) go to the Customer account.  On the "Other Info" tab you will see the following:

2.  Click on "Set up a Direct Debit Mandate".  You now have the following options:
a) To set a maximum amount you want to collect from your customer
b) Set a time frame to which this limit applies.

When you click send email, you will see the following, which you can edit if you wish.  The email address is taken from the customer profile if it has been.

Once the email has been sent from Kashflow the Customer Account will show it as "Pending activation".  If you are set up to receive copy emails from Kashflow, it will also send a copy to you.

The customer completes the direct debit and Kashflow will email you confirmation when this is done.

This seems very straightforward and a good call from iris kashflow . Haven’t used yet but should imagine it making things more simple and quicker to get paid !!! Must try kashflow more !
